There is always change in life. Even so, one thing has remained constant during my 30-year career as a sales and business development leader in the wealth management and life insurance industry: my passion to support my team, colleagues, clients and advisors to successfully achieve their goals. I strongly believe that it all starts with relationships. And so I feel very fortunate to have fostered many long-lasting personal and professional relationships and formed a number of highly beneficial strategic alliances with advisors, organizations and distribution networks. Because I see change as a constant, I also believe that we need to ensure the planning process – both for clients and advisors – is a great experience. Having the discipline to execute an effective wealth protection plan is critical to that experience. It needs to be, because we all need to plan for the future, for our legacy and above all, to protect the relationships we value the very most.
