ABOUT JACKIE PRICE

As the Learning and Development Manager for Property Management at D.R. Horton, the largest home construction company in the U.S, I lead the efforts to enhance the skills and knowledge of our associates and foster a culture of learning and growth. I have over seven years of experience in the learning and development field, with a focus on the build to rent and multifamily housing industry. I hold a Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) credential from Training Industry, Inc, as well as multiple certifications in neuroscience, body language, and leadership. My core competencies include process improvement, training and development, employee learning and development, sales, communication, customer satisfaction, public speaking, and market research. I am passionate about creating engaging and effective learning content, coaching and mentoring others, and advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion. My mission is to help our associates achieve their full potential and contribute to the success of our organization.
