Advocate for Education for All | Champion of Accessibility & InclusionFor over 25 years, I’ve dedicated my career to promoting universal design for learning (#UDL) and empowering individuals to overcome barriers to education. Proud geek and lifelong learner, I bring passion, creativity, and innovation to my double role as Training Manager and Customer Success Executive at Everway (formerly Texthelp).After facing the challenges of being disabled out of nursing, I returned to education, earning a degree in Information Management. My first role out of university was with Texthelp, and it’s been an incredible journey ever since—witnessing our growth from a small team to a global leader in inclusive technology.Every day, my work revolves around enabling people to unlock their potential using our tools like Read & Write, Equatio, and OrbitNote. I’m committed to ensuring users understand how to leverage these tools to improve literacy, numeracy, and accessibility. Whether it’s designing training materials or delivering hands-on courses, I strive to make sure that difference, disability, or language are never barriers to communication and learning.The greatest reward?
