ABOUT JACKIE PAYNE

An experienced Finance Director & Qualified Chartered Management Accountant with a breadth of experience from all aspects of managing a manufacturing division of a global business’ with a 40 million turnover, an import and distribution business with a turnover 33 million to working with a charity to reduce deficits and increase CAF reserves. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated solid commercial acumen and a passion for enabling success at every level. With more than 10 years of senior leadership experience and core strengths in financial planning and analysis, management information reporting, accounting operations, asset management, performance monitoring, process improvement, mergers and acquisitions, team building and communications,My experience includes company secretary, acquisitions, divestments, IT system implementations & project management, preparation and presentation of monthly and annual accounts including variance and costing management, working both externally and internally and as an integral part of the board of directors, supporting the board with MIS including budgets and forecasts to facilitate the company’s growth & liquidity plans and maximising the company’s balance sheet to support any opportunities the business may need to take. I have a proven ability to challenge and improve profitability, cash liquidity, and processes & systems. I possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate professionally with both external and internal clients and colleagues of all levels on detailed financial issues.
