I serve in a dual role as Chief Impact Officer at Seattle Credit Union and Executive Director of the SeattleCU Foundation, where I lead community development, DEI, market expansion, philanthropy, and strategic partnerships to drive financial inclusion and economic opportunity across Washington state.My career spans leadership roles at BECU, Sound Transit, YMCA of Greater Seattle, and Highline Public Schools—where I have built and scaled equity frameworks, launched community-centered programs, and created lasting systems change.
