I know a thing or two about being your authentic self and being much better for it.I left a highly successful career as a banking lawyer to become a full-time leadership and Career Development coach. And no, it wasn’t for a massive salary increase. I changed careers because I felt pulled toward another career, to help others and make a difference along a new path. This is no slight toward lawyers – there are countless legal professionals making a difference every day. In fact, there are difference-makers in every profession.As an ICF accredited coach and legal consultant, I can still step into a lawyers shoes and understand the desire to do a good job for your clients. I also understand the challenge lawyers face and I’m here to help.I work with managers and team leaders in the financial services sector including law firms, who are looking to transition into their first leadership role.Whether it’s to support you with- developing your leadership style- positioning yourself for promotion - enhancing your skill set- mindset shift around limiting beliefs - focusing on your wellbeing - aligning your strengths and values with your actions so you can expand in your zone of genius. Additionally, as a woman of colour who has spent many years working in various corporate environments. I’m very aware of the unique challenges women of colour face and support women from different cultural backgrounds with finding the right approach to manage these challenges without feeling they will sabotage their career.
