Experienced hospitality professional working as a Guest Relations Manager at Omni Hotels & Resorts in Atlanta, GA. My role is to ensure that our valued guests are able to have a memorable and enjoyable experience while visiting our hotel for business or pleasure. I am dedicated and focused on ensuring the highest level of guest services and ensuring that Omni standards are maintained and demonstrated at our hotel. I work very closely with the General Manager and Hotel Manager of Omni Atlanta.I am extremely passionate about my hospitality career and I\'m so fortunate to be working at such a large hotel with a strong culture in diversity, equity, and inclusion. My role at Omni spans deep in guest recovery, engagement, and services.
