In this role, she oversees all aspects of the employee experience—from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management, leadership development, and succession planning. Jackie has designed and implemented innovative people strategies that align with organizational goals, foster employee engagement, and strengthen workplace culture.She has played a key role in shaping company policies, enhancing DEI practices, and leading change management efforts during periods of growth and transformation.
