I manage the Americas Branch Support team that is responsible for delivering end to end proximity and remote support services through customer-focused, responsive subject matter expertise across all staff levels and banking divisions. In addition to client facing activities, we are responsible for all aspects of desktop hardware and software, audio and video conferencing, and infrastructure support. These responsibilities include supporting and coordinating activities with our peer infrastructure teams and vendors for managed services (print services, desktop cabling, etc.) and all activities in the local Data Center, including coordination, maintenance, testing and deployment of voice, network, server, and storage infrastructure in the branches.
