   Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CHL President is responsible for overall vision and management of all aspects of the organization and works in concert with the CHL Leadership Team to guide the work of the organization. The President focuses on, representing and advocating for the mission of the organization, creating the strategic direction for the organization’s growth, developing/maintaining key community partnerships, ensuring the organization has adequate resources and engaging and supporting the Board of Directors. In the most recent design of our strategic plan there is a continued focus on the strategic initiatives of Geographical Outreach, Capacity Building, Children’s HeartLink Impact, Awareness, Operations and Resource Planning, Board Development and Fundraising/Development. The President, along with the CHL Leadership team, leads these initiatives. With a strong focus on growth and increasing capacity, the President will achieve these goals through operational excellence, significant fundraising, building awareness and support for the organization, and partnership building with global partners and medical volunteers.
