Provide knowledge and expertise in processing an accurate and timely pay to our EMEA (Spain, Germany, France, UAE, UK) and LATAM (Brazil, Columbia, Mexico) employees as well as supporting the US and Canada payrolls • Responsible for all aspects of payroll and year end • Manage and report on Pension and benefits • Work with ICP (in country providers) to ensure country specific compliance • Document, streamline and standardize the processes between countries • Management reporting of costing including weekly, monthly and ad-hoc • Month end reporting and balancing of payroll accounts and processes • Implementation to Dayforce for both native and non-native payrolls
