Mentors in Service is committed to providing a free, safe, and supportive environment where members of our military can connect with mentors who are other service members, veterans, and resources. This program provides direct mentoring and support for military members which promotes patriotism, recruiting, and retention. Choosing a career in the military is a lifestyle and a commitment beyond just a job. Mentors in Service is dedicated to getting the most out of our service members and making them feel valued and enabling them to reach their full potential. Service members come to us looking for guidance in a specific career field, and we provide mentors who have navigated these paths already. Our platform offers opportunities for connection to service members that otherwise do not exist.Mentors in Service results in service members garnering the resources they need, being provided the tools for success, and ultimately lending to more meaningful time in service. Members of the armed forces are defending our freedom, and we are here to support them through fulfilling and meaningful mentorship connections so that they can feel cared for as they navigate their time in service.
