In the 80s I read the book \"Life Extension\" written by two scientists who were forerunners in the field of wellness and longevity. From this book, the company, Life Extension evolved, All of their products are backed by some of the leading scientists in the field. I believe that my incredible health today is derived from the supplements I began taking when I first read the book (available only in health food stores at that time) and continue to take them today. I follow their ongoing research and post information regularly to keep everyone apprised of the new research into this field.
