I am a communication student at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and will graduate in May 2025. I have gained valuable work experience as an insurance sales intern at Rogers Insurance Solutions, a package handler at FedEx, and a golf cart attendant at Maple Chase Golf and Country Club. My core competencies include attention to detail, communication, time management, customer relationship management, and negotiation skills. As an insurance sales intern at Rogers Insurance Solutions, I developed expertise in insurance products, policy details, and sales systems, contributing to increased client engagement. I completed 40+ hours of coursework on insurance regulations, industry best practices, and effective sales techniques. This experience strengthened my ability to communicate complex information, build client relationships, and navigate sales processes effectively. As a FedEx package handler, I handled packages without damaging them in a fast-paced environment. I communicated with co-workers to ensure the safe and on-time delivery of goods. I also loaded and tracked packages of various sizes. As a golf cart attendant, I greeted members and guests as they arrived and provided them with whatever they needed. I offered members and guests golf carts, bags, and range services. I also trained new employees on how to complete day-to-day tasks. I enjoy working with people and delivering excellent customer service. I am motivated to learn new skills and grow professionally. As I have worked in different industries and settings, I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.
