As Chief Executive Officer of Falvey Insurance Group, I am responsible for setting the company’s strategic direction, strengthening underwriting performance, and ensuring we continue to deliver specialized solutions and exceptional service to our broker partners. What began in 1995 as a focused cargo underwriting business has grown into a diversified specialty insurance platform serving brokers across marine, transportation, and specialty markets.Since first joining Falvey in 2012 as a business analyst, I’ve been privileged to grow with the company through several strategic leadership roles, most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer before assuming the role CEO effective January 1, 2025. That journey gave me firsthand insight into the people, processes, and partnerships that shape Falvey\'s success. My time at Northeastern University, with its strong emphasis on hands-on, experiential learning, reinforced that practical, real-world approach to leadership early in my career.Beyond the organization, I remain engaged with the broader insurance community through my involvement with the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation (IICF), supporting initiatives that strengthen communities and reflect the industry’s broader responsibility.As Falvey continues to grow, our mission and vision hold true: produce strong underwriting results, deliver creative and affordable solutions, and preserve the relationships that define our reputation.
