Partner to business operators and IT for multi-phased, global, 5yr implementation project to roll out new ERP system; partner to regional leads for Mexico, Canada & US with focus on design solutions in digital and physical distribution channels Key Responsibilities: • Lead as subject matter expert within DTC team of six with different levels of global implementation experience through project milestones, offering consistent guidance, mentorship, and accountability to meet timelines and project scope • Define IT requirements by collaborating with 20+ business operators across E-comm, stores, warehouse and wholesale and translate old system requirements to design new solutions for field/store rollout strategies • DTC ERP lead for new distribution model (Digital DC & Returns Consolidator) ensuring requirements were captured; business partner surrogate to IT to finalize FSDs and ensure business operations were properly tracked and documented • Develop global DTC template to support ERP in partnership with various functional tracks in order to minimize changes to global design solutions, thereby reducing implementation time and redesign costs • Document key workflows, tools, data and analytics requirements to enhance reporting capabilities and allow flexible view of demand/fulfillment channels for BOPIS, buy-in store, ship from e-com, etc. • Translate functional spec designs (FSD) for Omni channel mapping, marketplace models, 3PL integrations, etc. and working with IT/Architecture teams to find scalable solutions that can be implemented in new system Notable Accomplishments: • Launched new system in Canada, US and retrofitted Mexico requirements based on learnings from implementation • Reduced 3PL inventory adjustments brought into systems with at minimum $2M inventory impact annually
