As the Global Executive Sourcing and Research Leader, it has been my responsibility to build and establish a global sourcing and research function that uses market intelligence to formulate strategy for Cognizant. The team uses various innovative and traditional sourcing techniques to identify potential talent. This includes technical experience in the design and execution of new recruiting processes, procedures, tools and automation for this new function. Together with my team, we build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across the enterprise working closely with the Recruitment Marketing team & the Incentives team to attract and connect with talent at various leadership levels and collaborate with recruiters to match prospects to a plethora of career opportunities at Cognizant.
