Experienced executive focused on transforming operations for clients.As Customer expectations continue to evolve. companies must find new ways to deliver on the products, services, experiences, and corporate responsibilities that are expected of them now, and in the future. Supply Chain and Operations are at the heart of almost every business, but with ever evolving distribution, fragmentation and specialization, supply chains need to be ready to deliver and respond. Agility is the name of the game today, and understanding where complexity lies (both good and bad) is essential to breaking down barriers, and improving things such as product development, speed to market, customer responsiveness, organizational effectiveness, and operational efficiency. It’s exciting to have the opportunity to put strategy into motion, especially when I am able to team with colleagues from a variety of backgrounds, working together to drive new ways of working, and serving markets and customers. I’ve been lucky enough to work across a series of industries, from cookies to airplanes, but my passion lies with anything that touches consumers…. Food, beverages, consumer electronics, and much more. Being able to help develop strategies, but also help build capabilities to deliver on things that end up in our hands is a really exciting challenge that keeps me going.
