I focus on enhancing the quality of the transcripts we process for our clients. Our clients have in-depth conversations with industry experts, and it’s my responsibility to design and maintain the systems that efficiently process, clean, and display these transcripts.I oversee the entire pipeline responsible for handling the transcription of client calls and processing these transcripts with LLMs. This involves designing, testing, and iterating on targeted prompts to clean and refine the content, ensuring it is clear, accurate, and actionable.This process is central to enhancing the usability of our transcripts, reducing costly manual corrections, saving time, and delivering polished outputs that support quick decision-making and valuable insights. Through continuous monitoring and optimisation, I ensure the system remains robust and scalable, meeting the evolving needs of our clients while maintaining the highest standards of quality.Notable Achievements- GPT Transcripts: Cost savings of tens of thousands of pounds each week due to the improved quality of the GPT processed transcripts, requiring less human correction as before. Allowing us to have higher throughput while at a lower cost- Internal GPT Web Search Feature: I built web search capabilities into our internal GPT chatbot that is able to compile extensive reports and conducts thorough research at scale using Google Search and LLMs—functioning as an internal version of Perplexity AI to streamline company research. This tool, widely used throughout AlphaSights- Hackathon Winner: I’ve won two internal awards for integrating Amazon Polly to convert text to speech, enabling our service to read along with text while highlighting each sentence as it’s spoken- Advanced Boolean Search: Using Elasticsearch, I developed an advanced boolean search feature, allowing users to efficiently search through all content to find specific answers based on text, or company data.
