About Jack Derby
As CEO of Derby Management, I bring over 35 years of experience in strategy consulting with deep expertise in dramatically improving sales productivity for our customers. We build customized sales processes, integrating specific tools all built on tech platforms while gaining 100% commitment on everyone in the sales and marketing teams. For our customers, we also recruit, hire and onboard sales management. Tightly integrated into our work at the firm, I\'m the founder of the Derby Entrepreneurship Center at Tufts, where as a professor, I teach courses in the sciences of Marketing and Sales. I\'ve been voted by students as \"a best professor\" and last year was honored with the 2025 Faculty Teaching & Mentorship Award.
