I’m a senior litigation attorney with more than twenty years of experience managing complex disputes for global consumer and technology brands. My work spans intellectual property, commercial, product-liability, and insurance-defense matters—helping companies navigate risk, protect innovation, and resolve high-stakes litigation efficiently and strategically.I’ve led in-house litigation teams, managed global dockets, and partnered with executives and business leaders to align legal strategy with business priorities. At Nike and Sony PlayStation, I oversaw IP, commercial, and brand-protection matters worldwide, developing practical, business-focused solutions to complex legal problems.While IP litigation remains a core strength, my broader experience includes coordinating outside counsel, handling supplier-indemnity and regulatory issues, and driving cross-functional initiatives in operations, compliance, and product safety. I thrive on helping organizations anticipate risk, move quickly, and make confident, informed decisions.Beyond my corporate work, I’m deeply committed to pro bono advocacy and mentorship. I’ve represented clients in political asylum and veterans’ compensation cases, served on Nike’s Pro Bono Committee, and coached the Southridge High School Mock Trial Team to an Oregon State Championship in 2020.
