I sit on the client’s side of the table as a trusted technology advisor: much like how accounting and legal teams engage outside counsel to strengthen internal initiatives, I fill that role for IT strategy and execution.With no sales quotas, vendor biases, or pressure from management to close deals on a certain timeline, I’m able to serve as a truly client-first advocate. I help organizations explore and evaluate new technologies, whether or not that results in a purchase through me, ensuring decisions are always made in their best interest.By engaging Vista’s solution engineers early, we consult from a technology-first perspective before ever introducing vendors into the conversation. With a focus on cutting-edge, secure solutions, we guide clients through the process of identifying the right technology and then evaluating world-class providers with a goal of building decade-long partnerships.My involvement doesn’t end at the point of sale. I stay engaged through installation and beyond as an ongoing advocate and escalation channel.
