Refined and executed the change management strategy to accompany the organization’s transition to Agile, including the specific stakeholder communications and engagements• Oversaw the planning and successful execution of a company-wide Agile Showcase, where Agile teams presented their biggest accomplishments with the organization. The event was attended by 500+ employees, and required coordination with 10+ senior executive speakers, contingency planning for technology issues, and logistical organization to ensure a seamless,high-visibility event• Provided subject matter expertise to existing Agile teams on their own change management initiatives, including stakeholder analysis, communications and engagement development, and change impact assessments, empowering the teams to execute changes affecting the entire business• Developed and conducted quarterly Net Promoter Score surveys, a method to measure adoption across all Agile teams. Provided the relevant context and promotion for each Agile team, compiled the data into reports, shared findings to the VP-level executive audience, and collaborated with executives to build strategic plans to further promote adoption• Organized and facilitated three ¨Open Mic¨ meetings where senior leadership would be present to answer questions from current and upcoming Agile teams and reinforce their sponsorship of the program. These events had attendance between 200-400 attendees
