My work focuses on improving the way we manage technology and partnerships — from process design and governance through to adoption and performance tracking.What I Do: • Analyse, document, and align systems processes across functions to drive consistency, efficiency, and scalability. • Build metrics and frameworks to track system adoption, utilisation, and ROI, identifying opportunities for optimisation and cost reduction. • Develop and maintain a sourcing playbook covering partner selection, onboarding, and long-term relationship management. • Collaborate with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Procurement teams to ensure all systems and sourcing activities meet governance and regulatory standards. • Champion continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing across teams to strengthen operational excellence.Key Achievements: • Introduced an AI-powered knowledge tool that gives end users instant access to information on systems, processes, and governance. • Transformed the timesheet and capex reporting process, reducing missing hours, improving accuracy, and saving ~£400K annually. • Established new governance forums and steercos to ensure our £18M systems portfolio is managed strategically and cost-effectively.
