Was unprofitable, led to profitability including debt service.* Venue in PA: Had been unprofitable an average of $500k/year since opening, led to $500k profitable in one year.* Venue in IL: Opened with a goal of $720k/year membership revenue, instead had $1.3M/year membership revenue booked at grand opening.* Venue in SC: Opened with a planned operational subsidy from the city of $1M+ over five years, but exceeded plan and after four months from opening, the venue has never needed a subsidy again.Thought leadership, consulting services. Teach and lead panels in various industry conferences. Consistent industry innovation. Joined SFA (Advisory) in 2012. Led three venues to their best year since opening, and then led the development, home office support, and field operations of the new brand \'SFM\'(Management.)
