Blue River Financial Group is a middle market investment banking company with four service specialties. 1) Buy-side representation: On behalf of private equity groups and acquisitive corporations, Blue River supplements their business development activities by delivering quality proprietary deal flow. In this role, we serve as a client’s outsourced M&A department to source and contact target companies; gather relevant information; perform valuations; model potential deal structures; negotiate essential terms; assist in closing and more. 2) Sell-side representation for corporate and individual business owners: Blue River quarterbacks the highly confidential, always complex exit process. Exit planning is a comprehensive process designed to help owners maximize their after-tax proceeds in an outright sale, recapitalization or other transfer of ownership. Blue River makes a confidential market among a limited universe of vetted acquirers to meet the seller’s expectations. 3) Valuation and Consulting: Blue River\'s accredited valuation professionals and support team use proprietary resources to produce information that helps clients manage their price expectations, make informed decisions and to use in negotiations if necessary. Blue River offers consulting services to help owners make strategic decisions, improve a company’s salability or market position. Valuation and consulting may be used for non-transaction purposes such as shareholder disputes, litigation, tax planning and other needs. 4) Capital raising: Businesses need capital to grow, and Blue River knows where and how to find it. Blue River can help design and optimize capital structures to achieve a client’s goals. Blue River Financial Group security transactions are conducted through Tobin & Company Securities LLC, a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority broker-dealer, and a member of Securities Investor Protection Act
