I am an ambitious young professional driven by a passion for helping others, refining processes, and fostering personal and professional growth. My expertise encompasses sales, business development, operations, and team management, equipping me to consistently deliver exceptional results and exceed expectations. Outside of work I enjoy spending my time coaching a local grade school basketball and volunteering at the Greater Cincinnati First Tee chapter where I help develop youth through the game of golf.I joined InsurGrid’s growth team in April 2020. I was the first hire when it was at $0 ARR. During my time at InsurGrid, I was responsible for a number of different responsibilities including cold calling, live sales calls, customer support, team management, and improving operations. These responsibilities helped build InsurGrid into a ARR revenue generating business. I had a key roll in building the team to 16 employees and took care of the day to day business responsibilities to allow time to raise $3.4M in funding in 20 months. We’re on a mission to teach the 21st century approach to the insurance sales process.I grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio where I spent the summers working at the local Country Club networking with professionals across Cincinnati. I attended and graduated from St. Xavier High School where I played on the golf team for 4 years. I graduated from Miami Ohio University with a bachelors degree in Sports Leadership and Management and a minor in Business Administration.
