About Jack Woods
Jack graduated from Marist University Honors Program with Summa Cum Laude honors, recognized for excellence in core liberal arts, student standouts, the Baccalaureate Award, and as an NYSSCPA Superior Student (highest accounting GPA). He is currently pursuing his studies at the NYU Stern School of Business, CPA eligible, and preparing for all sections of the CPA exam. Throughout the past few years, Jack exemplified exceptional leadership by founding the Accounting Club and establishing the first ever NYSCPA student chapter. He has been an active participant in VITA since his freshman year, eventually advancing to the role of Assistant Site Coordinator. Jack also showcased his expertise by presenting his thesis at the National Business Education Association Conference. Additional research will be published in the upcoming issue for the NYSCPA Journal. Beyond my academic and research, I am very close with my two older brothers, and continue to play online games with them every few nights. In my downtime, I love Game of Thrones and House of the Dragon!
