Complex case and stakeholder management of cases the RDC receives from Enforcement case teams whereby regulatory action is sought by the FCA against firms and individuals- Management and allocation of cases within the team including leading on and triaging certain case types, e.g, threshold conditions, claims management companies and cryptoasset businesses- I provide mentoring and training both within my team and to other stakeholders where necessary. This includes guidance on process, technical assistance, and reviewing the work of other members in the team. I have also carried out regular QA checks on other case handlers within the team- I have conducted various process reviews, including of team and RiskCo MI, process guides, and an end-to-end case process review. This required stakeholder engagement and collaboration both within the team and department, and beyond. The reviews have resulted in more efficient processes which are better fit for purpose, and which have saved time and resource- Project management of internal system upgrades. I have project led teams and been a SME for CGD (and the CEO and Chair’s Offices) for system changes, including document storage/management systems and the transition from paper-based to electronic case processing. I was also part of a small team which assisted CGD with the FCA’s location move and technology upgrade, and have received numerous ‘At Our Best’ awards in recognition of my contributions- I complete monthly MI for the RDC and bi-annual MI for RiskCo- Complex complaint investigation for the FCA’s Complaints team. I investigated and successfully concluded a historical, complex and delicate matter involving various stakeholders within the FCA and which had significant internal and external interest, including amongst MPs and the media- I’m the Deputy Chair of the FCA’s Sports & Social Committee- I\'m a certified Mental Health First Aider & was a guest speaker for the FCA’s first ever wellbeing podcast.
