About Jack Wiley

I submitted my retirement paperwork this week. I don\'t know what the next chapter might look like! Most of my professional career has been in public education. I served as a building and district administrator in the same public school district for 23 years. As a part of administrative duties, I was responsible for finance, facilities, transportation, federal and state programs, personnel, and curriculum. During that time I was also actively engaged in family production agriculture operations in northeast New Mexico and the Texas panhandle. For the past ten years I have been an agriculture instructor in the Agriculture Business program at TSJC Alamosa branch. In addition, I teach Education courses, and serve as Dean of Instruction and director of continuing education and concurrent enrollment at TSJC. I am available for board training, consulting for districts, and training for new administrators or other staff.

   I am a member of the Academic Team tasked with creating and maintaining an open, collaborative, and inclusive college environment focused on student learning and student success. As such, I help administer the overall instructional program in academic and Career Technical education programs. I serve on college-wide committees and work with the other deans and administrators in a team environment.
