About Jack Whayland
Hey friends! I’m Jack, a proud Oregon Duck from Madison, Wisconsin. I love being outside, watching football, playing games, listening to music, and building relationships with people. I thrive on creativity, collaboration, and connecting the silly, frustrating, exciting, fulfilling dots of life. I graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in Journalism and Media Studies, where I learned the power of data-driven, creative storytelling. I later earned a Project Management certification that taught me how to turn ideas into organized, actionable plans. After college, I lived in a van along the west coast, exploring national parks and figuring out what I wanted next. In a random (you’ll have to ask me about it) kind of way, that adventure led me to advertising, and I’ve been hooked ever since. I spent six months in Los Angeles at RPA as a Strategic Planning and Account Management intern before joining The Martin Agency in Richmond, where I work as an Account Coordinator.
