As a Front End Engineer on the production line crew, I am required to:• Understands and complies with position related safety SOPs and work instructions especially for LockoutTagout, Chemical Handling, Machine Guarding, Housekeeping,• Maintain the quality standard of products on all machines in your area, whilst ensuring that they are running to their maximum efficiency and minimum spoilage• Make process and tooling adjustments as necessary whilst monitoring line production continually and recording results to within tight tolerances.•. Have a good knowledge of Mechanical principles to carry out planned Monthly Maintenance’s & Reactive Repair both on Cupping Press & Bodymakers• Modify, remove, install, adjust, synchronize, make, or repair equipment or parts as required. This could include large presses and dies, trimming equipment, transfer equipment, various electrical and mechanical control devices.• Assist in resolving machine and process problems, provide crossline support and react to line stops in order to minimise losses• Deliver planned preventive maintenance support and maintain a good standard of machine and plant housekeeping• Determine specifications for inspection of work and using full range of precision measuring and gauging tools (DTI clock) perform required inspection before, during, and after rebuild repair or overhaul.• Determine and make most efficient setup and operate machine tools, taking into consideration such things as type of material tolerances to be held, types of cutting tools, coolants, lubricants, and machine tool speeds and feeds.

As a Mechanical Engineer, I possess 16 years of experience, starting my journey as an Apprentice at the age of 16 back in September 2009. I have a wide range of knowledge with different mechanical scenarios and situations and have overcome a variety of challenging obstacles to complete certain tasks.I currently work for Crown Holdings, Inc, a world leader in the metal packaging production process as a Front End Production Engineer. We design and manufacture a wide range of innovative and sustainable metal packaging solutions and products. Our clients are some of the largest and most respected companies in the world. In Previous employment, I worked for a worldwide leader in the Food Manufacturing Industry. I have been involved with multidisciplinary projects related to Mechanical Fitting, Mechanical & Electrical Installation and Customer Service work. I have experience in installing, or supervising the Installation with local contractors around the globe in food sectors such as Confectionary, bakery, cereal & snack, biscuit and Industrial Extrusion. I have successfully completed large valued projects in countries such as: UK, Europe, Nigeria, USA, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Colombia, Japan, Taiwan and Bangladesh. I am customer focused with excellent communication skills and a successful track record of developing relationships with clients. During this role I have also gained experience at dealing with, and satisfying the needs of customers, problem solving, and meeting customers’ production schedules.
