ABOUT JACK TAN
Jack holds a diploma in Digital and Precision Engineering from Nanyang Polytechnic (Singapore) and a Bachelor in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the University of Adelaide (Australia). He is currently a scholarship recipient from Rohde & Schwarz and concurrently working as an engineering intern at the company\'s headquarter in Munich. Jack is highly competent in the academic field of his interest, namely mechanical engineering, entrepreneurship and innovation. He is well-versed in the discipline of rapid prototyping, product design and super-resistant alloy cutting. He has co-assisted Toyoda in Japan for the development of a new set of cutting parameters for super resistant alloy - inconel. He was also a Ngee Ann Kongsi scholar where he pursued his further interest in entrepreneurship and innovation. He is then familiar with the subsets of today\'s rapidly growing global startup scene especially methodologies in lean startup, legal aspects, innovation management as well as business execution. Having lived in Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Australia and Germany, Jack always has a global perspective in dissecting contexts and is actively seeking opportunity to realize his dream both as an engineer and entrepreneur. He speaks fluent English, Chinese Mandarin, Malay and German. His curiosity combined with motivation always put him at the forefront of the game and is always up for a challenge.
