About Jack Schonbrun
Data is worse than useless if you can\'t use it to make good decisions. My career has been spent building teams to organize data for the purpose of extracting insights. I\'ve done this in many industries, including Biotech (Amyris + Spotfire) and Tech-tech (Pandora + VSCO). Once upon a time, I modeled the physics of biomolecules (PhD at UCSF, Postdocs at UW + LBNL). I\'m fascinated by the intersection of humans, computers and data.
