Actively participate in the development of high level Navy concepts in support of the eight tenets of the CNO’s NIF efforts: C-C5ISRT, Long Range Fires, LVC, Offensive Non-Kinetic Fires, Persistent Targeting, AI/ML, unmanned capabilities, contested logistics, terminal defense, and Naval objective architecture (NOA)/Overmatch Develop, review, edit Congressional/OPNAV/OSD level briefings; Provide technical evaluations for EW operational concepts, systems, and acquisition strategies to ensure that the solutions conform to evolving CNO NIF goals and Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO); Provide analysis, advice, and knowledge related to EW/EMSO Navy acquisition programs, the acquisition community, and technical organizations roles/alignment and relationships Provide analysis, knowledge, and advice for EW/EMSO related processes/methods required to achieve NIF Objectives and promote synchronized action among PEOs and PMs and various S&T labs and Warfare Centers Establish and maintain awareness of service or joint initiatives and report to N9DW (such as development and implementation of artificial intelligence, LVC, Mission Engineering, Long range fires, Overmatch, etc.); Support program planning and analysis for POM cycles; Conduct technical interchange with Naval Technical Commands (e.g, DASN (RDT & E), ONR, NRL, Warfare/System Centers) and industry/academia on EW/JEMSO initiatives
