Managing the full process of labour on site, ensuring both the commercial and contracting teams are kept in the loop of supply on site along with aftercaring existing Casey staff members for hours and any other issues they may have. Role also includes providing reports to commercial teams, man the labour meetings weekly and ensuring staff internally are swapped accordingly.In addition to above, I present monthly Labour Direct Services CVRs to mirror the QS and CMs MTRs with cost effectiveness. This method is mainly the reason to use direct Labour to help on costs and achieve outstanding completion results. Also, control supply of labour from agencies, updating progress of jobs and when they need finishing etc.
