Responsible for the overall management of the visitor experience and the smooth operation of the public-facing areas, both during normal business hours and during all out-of-hours events and activity.Directly responsible for a large team of managers and visitor assistants, as well as a champion of teamwork and collaboration to promote holistic working practises. Putting the visitor at the centre of everything the museum does is a priority, and considering the needs and desires of our audiences with every decision is paramount.

I am passionate about promoting best practises for increasing engagement in museums and am deeply committed to improving and developing visitor experiences. I have a BA in History from the University of Stirling and have completed my AMA with the Museums Association.
