I began my career as an accounts apprentice with Quickmach Engineering Ltd. in May 2014.Since beginning training I\'ve gained many valuable skills in finance, human resources & management techniques. During my time at Quickmach I played a major role in other aspects of the organisation stepping outside of my comfort zone being involved in physical processes as well as my office duties. I began taking more responsibilities within our HR department which resulted in being promoted to our first Human Resources Manager in November 2020.
