Prior to moving into construction managementI have worked as a Commercial Management Trainee for Taylor Wimpey (Oxfordshire) for just over 2 years, predominantly on the surveying side but also being both the Surveyor and Buyer on a few small projects. I was the acting surveyor for 3 phases at Great Western Park totalling 423 units for over a year where I was overseen by the Commercial Manager.Prior to my role at Taylor Wimpey (Oxfordshire)I have a six year background as a fully qualified electrician working as an electrical estimator and purchaser for a large M&E contractor.
