As the Technical arm of the customer success team, I analyze our customer\'s environments to make sure they\'re getting the best protection (and value) that Arctic Wolf can provide. I demonstrate and present on our many services to see if there\'s more that we can do to improve security posture, listen to customer concerns/feedback and develop action plans around them, and generally work to get the root of customer issues, whether they\'re technical, process, service, or even personnel in nature. My favorite projects begin with feedback or observations from one customer, grow into larger \"what if?\" or \"what\'s really going on, here?\" questions, and then end in analytic deep-dives that provide data-based answers to those questions, and help improve the security posture of all customers.
