I am the chairman of ROI Institute, Inc. and a world-renowned expert on accountability, measurement, and evaluation. I provide consulting services for Fortune 500 companies and major global organizations. I conduct workshops and present at conferences throughout the world, receiving several awards including the Society for Human Resource Management award.
