I’m a regional infrastructure planning and delivery leader with responsibility for shaping and managing large-scale capital programmes across the North East of England.In my current role as Area Planning Manager, I own the end-to-end planning of complex infrastructure deployment — translating strategic investment objectives into deliverable, phased programmes that balance cost, risk, regulatory requirements and build capacity. I work closely with local authorities, delivery partners and internal teams to prioritise investment, unlock constraints and ensure infrastructure is deployed efficiently and responsibly at scale.My experience sits at the intersection of infrastructure strategy, programme delivery and stakeholder management. I’m comfortable operating in highly regulated environments, managing competing priorities across wide geographies, and making data-led decisions that maximise long-term value from capital investment.I bring a pragmatic, outcomes-focused approach and have led regional planning through periods of rapid growth, change and operational complexity. My skill set translates strongly across infrastructure-heavy sectors including telecoms, utilities, energy, transport and the public sector, as well as senior programme and portfolio management roles.
