Hello, My name is Jack O\'Brien, and I am a Wellness Coordinator I at Transcend Company in Auburn Hills, MI. In my role, I serve as the initial point of contact for prospective patients, conducting detailed consultations to understand their health goals and medical histories. I work closely with our Wellness Specialists and medical team to ensure each patient receives personalized, high-quality care through our comprehensive telehealth services.
