As Health & Wellbeing Manager (EMEA) at American Express I oversee the health and well-being services in the UK, supporting our colleagues to stay well and thrive whilst at work. This role includes vendor relationship management, leading RFPs, vendor implementation, as well as supporting the Regional Medical Director on the strategy for the region. I\'ve previously worked as a Workplace Well-being Consultant working with businesses to implement the Workplace Wellbeing Charter, the nationally recognised standard for wellbeing at work. I\'ve managed health projects commissioned by public sector partners in the region. Being responsible for the overall performance of the projects and for line managing the staff who work on them. I am an experienced report writer and presenter. I\'ve also worked for the East Sussex Clinical Commissioning Groups, being responsible for engaging patients and the public with their local health service, through running focus groups and conducting interviews.
