Mr. Morrow was Vice President of Total Abatement Systems Corp. for approximately 8 years before his move to NCM Demolition and Remediation, LP. His responsibilities included executive leadership in all areas of business development, business development planning, organizational development and mentoring, interviewing and hiring of key personnel and managers, contract negotiations and estimating.Mr. Morrow was also responsible for the executive leadership within the business operational model including P&L for all aspects of the business.Mr. Morrow excelled within the Historic Courthouse Renovation program, within the State of Texas, taking his expertise of selective demolition, lead and asbestos abatement, to over 40 courthouses and historically significant buildings throughout the state of Texas.
