1. Imaging Service Engineer

   Encore Technical Services is a company based out of North Attleboro, MA, that focuses on the service and maintenance of Ultrasound Machines. As an Imaging Service Engineer, I had the pleasure to service many Ultrasounds located across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. On top of performing required annual preventative maintenance for these machines, I would also provide service as issues arose. In the field, I would diagnose issues within the Ultrasound, to then determine the necessary course of action to be taken. As a service engineer I had to learn how to perform processes such as software reload, maintenance, and several hardware replacements across multiple machines. The Ultrasounds that I serviced consisted mostly of Philips devices (Epiq, Affiniti, and iE33/iU22 systems), as well as some GE (Loqiq and Voluson) and Zonare (ZS3) Systems. Through this work, I built strong relationships with sonographers, hospital administrators, and professionals from ultrasound repair and parts companies. These connections helped with troubleshooting issues, coordinating repairs, and navigating challenges that came up along the way.On top of the maintenance and service that I provided, I also led an in-house project of a complete reorganization of our parts warehouse. Prior to my involvement, the systems put in place for part organization lacked structure and weren\'t consistently followed. Collaborating with my colleague, Maliq Osborne, we cleaned the warehouse and implemented a new system for our inventory of parts. This process included a large amount of cleaning, along with testing numerous parts across different machines to determine whether they should be scrapped, repaired, or inventoried. All inventoried parts were then organized properly, and logged into a spreadsheet for communal tracking and streamlining of the whole process.
