As an essential member of the Health Gauge team, I support the successful delivery of preventive health screening services across workplaces, unions, and community groups. My role blends logistics, administrative coordination, client communication, and onsite event assistance to ensure seamless health & wellness experiences.I collaborate closely with internal teams and partner organizations to manage daily operations, prepare wellness materials, and support screening events from setup to follow-through. Whether it’s organizing staff schedules, responding to client needs, or preparing materials for biometric clinics, I take pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.Key responsibilities:Coordinate logistics for on-site wellness screeningsSchedule staff and manage appointment flows for efficient service deliverySupport client communication and follow-up to ensure positive experiencesMaintain and prepare health screening kits, forms, and HIPAA-compliant materialsAssist in data collection and backend reporting processesJump into special projects as needed across departments (operations, marketing, outreach)This role allows me to wear many hats while staying grounded in a shared mission: empowering people through early health insights and accessible care.
