I spread the good word of DevOps throughout the Salesforce Ecosystem! Over my time at Gearset I have worked with teams and individuals of all shapes and sizes to help them realize awesome improvements to their processes and increase their happiness at work. The technical processes and challenges of implementing DevOps are well documented. My speciality is helping overcoming the cultural and personal challenges, as well as helping generate the organisztional & executive buy-in for DevOps to be successful. I do this by executing marketing activities that resonate with Salesforce teams, from executive to admin level, and refining the marketing strategy that enables sales success.I regularly speak at User Groups, webinars, and events, and love connecting with the hugely passionate people you find intertwined across the Salesforce network. Notable speaking engagements include Dreamforce \'23 and numerous \"Dreamin\'\" events. I also host the DevOps Diaries podcast.
