   Drive large-scale change initiatives and provide architectural oversight of PPM solutions for Fortune 50-500 clients. Advise C-level stakeholders and lead implementation, optimization, and integration projects from analysis and design through deployment and customer training. • Functioned as both program manager and solutions architect for a $750K global implementation of the Clarity PPM solution for Pepsi, guiding multiple teams, navigating change requests, and conducting trainings• Led a $1.5 million project for the Seattle Department of Transportation to design, develop, and implement the scalable Clarity PPM solution from pre-sales through rollout, including detailed cost and benefit forecasting • Designed and implemented a solution covering IT, marketing, and production projects for Smile Direct Club as well as training 20 trainers and core team members around Clarity functionality• Brought an in-flight project for the Mayo Clinic back into alignment and served as Scrum Master for the rollout of the Clarity resource management functionality to ensure all deliverables met client requirements
