As a Senior Practice Management Consultant and Executive Director in Morgan Stanley\'s Pacific Coast Region, my mission is to help advisors rediscover their \"Why.\"Over 30 years in the financial services business have shattered numerous assumptions and taught me a lot about what it means to be successful. I learned to have fun as a branch and regional manager. I became passionate about the business as a Complex Business Development Manager and Associate Complex Manager, when I could wear multiple hats in my efforts to drive revenues and add value to our advisors. Today, as one of 8 Senior Practice Management Consultants, I am privileged to be tasked with spearheading Morgan Stanley\'s teaming, strategic partnering and practice management efforts in the region, leveraging an incredible array of tools and resources to aid in my advisors’ professional development.
